Clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff. Surprised me with a new oven when I needed one to cook food. Very pleasantly unexpected. Upstairs neighbours with kids were running around at times so it was a little noisy. Perhaps if families with young children were assigned to the basement suite it would have been better for noise mitigation. Temperature control unavailable in the basement suite, or perhaps I could not find it.
